Called by recruiter then came in for an initial interview and then started the process of all the paperwork, background and security clearance checks. You will come in several more times to fill out more paperwork. Physical fitness requirements should be taken seriously, drug tests, medical screening, extensive questionnaires, and standardized testing (ASVAB). Once you're cleared to join, you will wait until you ship out to basic training. Depending on what job you select, you might wait a week or you might wait over 6 months all dependent on availability.
Wasn’t much of an interview, just a sales pitch that had nothing to do with how the job actually was. It starts off good and simple but once you get to your base you are thrown into the fire.
