Not much an interview process. You have to earn points and attend schooling. Once you get enough points you get promoted. You have to attend WLC which is about three weeks long.

Interviews are easy as long as your OERs are good. The AIM marketplace is a sham though. Total facade. You need to have a personal connection and voco before you try to match on AIM.

Was a nervous experience but something anybody can do. Its just a matter of preparing for it. Remain calm and collected , it worked. Being able to remain calm, helped a lot.
