The recruiter had to reschedule the initial interview multiple times because of equipment issues. Second interview with the actual management went fine over Zoom. Said I would hear something soon about a 3rd interview / Tour of office. After 2 weeks emailed recruiter for an update. She said I would hear something soon, management was working on it. The next day which was new year's eve, at 11:45 PM that night, got an automated rejection email. Real, real classy. Felt like I got rejected for asking for a follow-up, though that is probably just my imagination. But still.
