Technical Assessment: This could involve a variety of methods: Take-home coding assignment: Candidates are given a coding task or problem to solve within a specified time frame. This allows them to demonstrate their coding skills in a familiar environment. Live coding challenge: Candidates are asked to solve coding problems in real-time during a video interview. This helps assess their problem-solving abilities and coding proficiency under pressure. Whiteboard coding: Candidates are asked to solve problems on a whiteboard or online coding platform, explaining their thought process as they write code. This assesses their ability to think critically and communicate effectively. Technical Interview(s): One or more interviews focusing on technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Offer: If the candidate successfully navigates through the interview process and the company decides to extend an offer, negotiations regarding salary, benefits, and other terms may take place.

      It was interview for multiple colleges at the same campus. There were two aptitude level tests. After clearing that, in the same day it followed with group discussion. The topic was on the spot. After that, there was a HR interview.
