Firstly, UST came to our college for an on-campus drive. The first round consisted of a technical test, which included sections on aptitude, reasoning, and coding.
The shortlisted candidates were then called for an interview. The interview was a positive experience. In my panel, the Project Manager conducted the interview, asking basic computer science questions related to operating systems, cryptography, and a few questions about my resume. This was followed by some HR-related questions. Overall, the interview was smooth and straightforward (at least in my panel). I would rate it a solid 4/5 for the overall experience.

It was interview for multiple colleges at the same campus. There were two aptitude level tests. After clearing that, in the same day it followed with group discussion. The topic was on the spot. After that, there was a HR interview.
The interview process was well organized and professional. The interviewer was friendly and explained each stage clearly. There were two technical rounds followed by an HR discussion. Feedback was provided promptly.
