For most of these positions I recommend reaching out to the professor you are interested in working with and ask them to work in their research lab. It helps to read their research papers beforehand as well to get a better idea.

Just sent emails. The professor accepted that as the resume was well written and was clear on the detail knowledge he was looking for. So, it was just a week waiting to receive his response and the letter of offer sent to me. That is not very difficult if you know what you are gonna do.
It was mainly based on the previous works I have done and some basic questions from my area of expertise and behavioral questions to see if I am a good match for the team or not
