The process began with a test on excel and aptitude. Post that the process consisted of 4 rounds. Each round had a few cases specific to Uber, some basic math puzzles and a behavioral fit aspect

I started Uber applications process two last week, spoke with an HR for a basic phone screening, then completed the analytical tests on the 19th of Oct. The tests were exactly the same as many described here, but one needs to practice and brush up the speed. I called HR on the 23 Oct. to ask what's the outcome as I did not receive anything from them for a week. Not rejection nor instructions of next steps. I was informed that they are still interviewing more candidates, and will send out emails this week. It is Thursday today (29th Oct) and still got nothing .... Is this their way of saying no?? Is there someone else having the same experience? Thanks
