Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Asking Salary A couple of situational questions on what I would do if I was leading a team and crunching for E3 then follow up with what I would do if someone stole my work

Two technical tests and several interviews spanned across one month time. Quite a long process, but every request was in my opinion really fair for the job position. The process was held and evaluated by very competent and helpful employees (always very transparent with their feedback).

First interview was HR interview via Teams. They said a test will be sent to me in 2 weeks. Interviews with team leader and manager will follow after the test. Overall good interview experience.

I was applying for the Technical Artist role at Ubisoft Da Nang with two stage interviews, one with the recruiter and one with the manager.
I was also required to do a pre-interviewing test with a duration of 6 days. The interviews went well, and my test results are positive. Interviewers are polite and friendly, but quite rushy from my own point of view.
Afterward, they promised to give an interview result after approximately 14 work days, but the recruiter lady not follow-up. I reached out two times to have the recruiter explain the situation I'm in, and she said they're looking for someone competent in skill X for this project (they changed the job description multiple times to the point of hiring a unicorn).
The recruiter also said they are also looking for another technical artist role, but they're not sure about the requirements of the job they are hiring and asked me to wait further until the official announcement. I politely replied and asking to do an additional test and expecting to receive an update from them, but got ghosted anyway. Totally unprofessional.
