I applied online and received a call a few days later. I originally applied for an internship but was turned down and encouraged to apply for a csr. I originally had a 1:1 interview where I took a numbers assessment. I was invited back to a second interview. In this interview I took a typing and spelling assessment. I ended up interviewing with 3 people. Questions were basic. I was told hrs would be in touch...
Overall the actual interviews were not hard but after researching, I was a little intimidated. Questions were basic. A lot of assessment but I'm fresh out of school so it's easy stuff. The organizational culture is very strict and structured so if you do not like that the this isn't the job for you. You will have to the a lot of assessments. Btw, there are right and wrong answers to the multiple choice sales assessment if you are applying for the sales position.
Advice: Wear a matching suit. Be professional at all times. Be confident.

The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
proceso demasiado largo y parece que te estan haciendo un favor al contratarte, 4 entrevistas y de cada 100 candidatos eligen 1 super exigentes, se enorgullesen de decir que filtran mas los candidatos de Harvard...
