Was interviewed by the hiring manager and then by engineering manager. Nothing notable in the interview process. They appeared to have a product and trying hard to make it fly. The company seems not sure if they needed a director engineering or not. After the interview, there was no response from the company. Even after couple of emails, they didn't respond on the interview outcome. Looks like they hate to say 'Not selected'? Not a decisive company, as they failed to call out their assessment on a candidate.
