      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Unilever (Amsterdam) nel mese di giu 2021

      Colloquio

      The job application consisted of 4 parts. 1) Apply online for UFLP, select which branch (Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, ...), add resume 2) Very soon you get an email with an invitation for games. For me, it were three games: a memory game, a predictive capability / insight game, and a problem solving game. Within half an hour I received an email with feedback, as well as a notification that I had made it to the next round: the video interview 3) The video interview is fully automated: you have to record answers to questions and look at the camera. There is no physical person present, but afterwards your interview is automatically processed by software that judges you on various criteria. This is Unilever's way of eliminating discrimination. For me, the video interview was centered around Supply Chain problematic. There were 4 questions, for 3 of them you got 5 minutes to read a text and prepare answers, after which you had to record a 3 minute answer. For the last question you had more text and data to process, so you got 10 minutes preparation time, and then got 5 minutes to answer. After completing the video interview you do not get feedback. I was called back about 1.5 months after the video interview, so don't stress if it takes a while. 4) When I was called back I was invited for an assessment day, which was held online due to Covid. In my case, 6 candidates were simultaneously assessed. There were 2 group assignments, 2 individual interviews, and 1 unmonitored meeting with current UFLP members to ask any questions. I was called back with the result on the same day as the assessment day. Good luck!
