Met the company at my school's career fair, and they invited me to an interview. The interviewer mostly asked me behavioral questions and a few questions about familiarity with certain technologies. The whole process took about 2 weeks.

I applied through my university's career services site. I was invited for a 30 minute on-campus interview. I was interviewed by an alumnus of my university, who had education in Electrical Engineering rather than an IT field. I was asked questions about what technologies I was familiar with, and several behavioral questions.
