It was a process that was fulfilling and I enjoyed every minute of it. Me being from an international background I thought that Uniplaces was the right place for my and my work ethic.

Colloquio

The interview was completely improvised. The interviewer didn't know that he was going to interview me. After the interview, they said "We'll send you a challenge until the end of the week". I've never received this and since then they don't return my calls.

This situation happened more than once to different people. It can be a good company, but a behavior like this reveals amateurism.

I applied online. After a week or so, I received and email to schedule a date and time of day on skype call. Then we talked for 30 to 40 minutes.

Screening call, personality quiz, online assesment (answering three scenario questions in different languages), video interview and role playing on simulated inbound call were they pretended to be a lead (landlord renting something on the internet)

Colloquio

Very well oriented interviews. First had a phone screen interview, afterwards two team assessments, followed by a skills test. Finally had a final interview with senior management. The interview process took only about 3 weeks and the HR team was awesome on the way they dealt with all the process.

Very quick process, in 2 weeks I made 4 interviews (Key Account Manager, Country Manager, HR, Co-Founder) and recieved an offer. Topics: academic and professional background, why uniplaces, interests, future proyects, etc. During the process they gave me a very clear explanation of what is Uniplaces and where they are heading.

Colloquio

First HR interview on skype, just your typical interview questions, background experiences expectations etc.. The second interview was at their offices and it was very disorganized as if I was not expected, the interview was done in a hurry with and I had to pull some questions out and show I had did my homework or else the interview would have lasted less than 15 minutes. The interviewer was not at all interested in interviewing me and I got the feeling that the position had already been filled but they forgot to cancel the interview...
I guess this is quite typical of a startup this sort of disorganization. Also their offices were very dirty they have lunch at tables in the main room and leftover food was left to clean off the tables, I know you are a "cool" company but it's a real turnoff for potential employees and clients (just a tip for management to keep your offices clean).

I applied online and I had the interview some days after. The interview took 30 minutes, it seemed quite unorganized and the interviewer kept looking around. I received an email saying that I had not been selected, I asked for feedback but was ignored.

It was an outgoing interview, there were many "personality" questions and also questions that were supposed to test your skills and creativity (maybe to understand in which department you fit better, sales or events)
