I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Uniqlo in May 2015. They were very pleasant and it was generally a good experience. Went through two interviews. First interview with merchandising manager. It was quite normal, she asked why I wanted to join, and then went through a few other routine questions. She also talked about the jobscope and responsibilities. She was also very responsive in answering questions about the company culture and so on. The second interview was a panel interview.
