I had two rounds of interviews: The preliminary round on campus, and the second round at the UA headquarters in Chicago. The first round consisted of one behavioral interview and a case interview. the second round consisted of three interviews - two cases and one behavioral. The cases were pretty straightforward and covered concepts in finance, operations and general management, and not all of them were related to the airline industry. The interviewers were professional, and the interviews were conducted in a timely manner. All the interviewees were treated professionally, and the results were conveyed in a very timely manner.
