I apply online for a cadet from united airlines, when I start fill out the application form, they need me to record the interview, they will write the interview question on the top and you will have 3 chances to record your best one, you will hit start recording and start answer the questions. they will review it after you done.

straigth forward, no surprises. 3 x Pilot's, physical, 2 X HR personnel, review of logbook, asked regulatory questions then simulator ride in wide body sim. all went well, still waiting to hear back
