My college department head was contacted by the alum hiring manager, I was recommended for the job. After a phone interview with a corporate recruiter who didn't know much about the actual job, I had an on site interview with multiple members of the team.

1st Interview was with a recruiter, then a phone interview with a HR person and lastly a panel interview with 5 different people over 3 hours --on the phone. They flat out told me that the position requires 50+ hours per week, that it is a demanding position and frankly that would not be a problem for me. I am not desperate to find a job but I like a challenge and dynamic atmosphere. They offer 4 weeks of vacation but I wonder if they have time to ever take it?
