I've got a phone call 3 days after I applied online. They told me to come to their office for an interview. I was interviewed by 2 apps dev of the team I will be part of. Night after the that, they offered me the job. I was actually shocked because the process is so simple and they offered me the job right away. The interview process is great but the pre-employment is not. They will not give you the contract unless you've completed the requirements and medical. They will only discuss the offer via phone. I was forced to resign without signing a contract because I have to render 60-days notice period and UHG want me asap (I know it was a bad move). They offered me a signing bonus in return. I was able to complete my requirements and medical 2 weeks after I received the offer. They had me wait another week because they said they still need to validate my documents. I feel a bit disappointed because my time in my current company is running and there's still no assurance that UHG will give me the job. I told them thaT if they will not give me the contract that day I will not sign the contract anymore. They asked me to visit their office that day and present me the contract. I did not accept the offer because my current company offered me a greater package so I retracted my resignation and declined UHG's offer.
