Colloquio
I heard back within 24 hours of applying on LinkedIn. One recruiter screen, one hiring manager screen, one final panel with 5 interviewers (30 min each) on the team. The final panel had one case interview where I presented a previous piece of work I was proud of (ex. a model). Process took about 1.5 weeks.

Domanda 1
Tell me about a time you faced pushback from a stakeholder.
Tell me about a time you worked with a large dataset.

Colloquio
A telephone conversation, a personal interview and a test that tests Excel skills. The test does not represent financial knowledge and dealt with logical questions. A strange process and it took time to return a negative answer

Colloquio
I have the worst impression (interview process) about the way recruiter handle the interview questions, and how they define the role. For instance, she asked me about the location as first interview question, prefer to work in Bay Area, Bellevue, or Austin, then she started to ask me about the salary, how much of salary you want to have if you stay in Bay Area. From these two questions she asked, I believe the team does not have a clear of picture on how to put this role within the team since the entire team is based on Bay Area. Then, I don't understand why they put "Remote" as a key word in the JD. Obviously, they don't know what they want, and what they need. As a job seeker and the company, it's not a efficiency way, and really waste time for both.
