It was very useful and filled with learnings to move forward and understand on what to work and what was missing to pass through. I appreciated the process and felt like it was an important step in my career even without a positive outcome.
Class hiring manager knowing nothing about the role and only about the company as a whole. This made role specific questions more difficult to answer as they didn't really understand what the responsibilities would be. Overall fine and very nice.

I was run through six interviews - which was very excessive - before being told they were hiring a Unity employee. It was a tremendous waste of hours of my life, and had I known they had employees interested, I would have declined moving forward.
The compensation also didn't seem competitive whatsoever, despite the posting stating so. It was a clear 15k/year under the lower end of average.
Won't be pursuing a career with Unity in the future. Very bad overall experience.
