Despite multiple follow-ups over the course of a month, I received no response until I was eventually told to expect the next steps the following week. After following up again, I was once again met with silence.

Initial phone screen with the recruiter who will reveal the budget for the role - the range posted online isn't accurate. Interview with the hiring manager and then the wider team, not super formal questions, mostly about experience and no behavioral Qs. Things with the recruiter moved pretty slow and it wasn't a very transparent process.
