Colloquio
I applied online and was emailed within a few days to schedule a time to have an in-person interview. Generally for lower level positions, this will work the same way: You apply online and are asked to select a date to interview in person (usually from one of two dates per month as Universal Orlando utilizes "job fairs" i.e. mass hirings to hire many positions at once). For higher positions, there may be a phone interview as well as in person and group interviews. At may in person interview, I showed up about 20 mins early to the Human Resources building, went through security and filled out a pre-interview questionnaire. When my scheduled time arrived I was interviewed in a small cubicle and told that my availability wouldn't work for the position I applied for but I was qualified for other positions that they needed to fill. I then head an additional interview with the department head about a half hour later and was offered another position which I accepted. After about another hour of waiting, I went to a room with a handful of other applicants who were offered a position where we filled out more paperwork and were asked to present two pieces of identification. To complete the process, I was then fingerprinted and took a photo for my company badge.

Went in to their HR department and took some sort of personality test that I apparently did well on. I then spoke with one of the hiring managers for CityWalk, Justin, who was a very professional and easy going guy. I then went to interview with the manager of the club that I ended up working at. He just looked at my resume and asked me why I wanted to work there. He then told me about the position and asked when I could start.
