Three rounds. First mainly behavioral. Second, case study, very intensive or you get cut. Final is an hour to hour and a half long interview where you present the case study. Be ready to be grilled on every inch of your presentation until you want to cry or give up. Good luck. About a 3 month process, which is meant to filter out the students who are not all about IB, VC, or PE.

Easy 1st round.
2nd round is tough. You need to perform investment analysis on a potential investment and you will need to pitch your deal to the partners. Definitely know everything and be prepared to answer hard questions.
