I applied online through my University's job site and was contacted 1-2 weeks afterwards to fill out a screening survey. A few days after submitting the survey I was offered an interview slot at an upcoming career fair. The interview was about 30 minutes long and was mostly explaining what I knew about Unum, discussing my experience, and answering behavioral questions. I was told that I would hear a decision for the next steps in a couple of weeks. After three weeks, I sent an email asking about the status of my application. I never received a response.

First part is recorded interview with prompt questions. The second part is a cognitive abilities test. You do first and second together. The third part is over the phone using STAR method.

They were very nice reviewed my resume but also go to know me to see if I was a good fit for the company. They also let me know the feedback very soon, wasn't waiting around for response.

There was first a typical phone interview and then an in-person interview that had 4 people conducting the interview. The questions were mostly behavioral and why I wanted to work for the company.
