Multiple re-phrased questions. Very scripted. Made it clear that they only bring in contract workers, require a trial period (which lasted much longer than described) and rarely promote from within.

How have you dealt with confrontation at work in the past?
Full onsite interview including a technical presentation, multiple one to one interviews, and also a group lunch, facility tour. Lasted one full day. The facility tour is quite useful and interactive.

when other people challenge you, or have a different opinion, what would you do.
Questions were similar to other interviews. Had a one on one with hiring manager and hr manager. Both interviews were standard questions. As long as you have realistic time tables for your career advancements based on your experience, you are fine.
