Their recruiter is terrible. He is unfamiliar with CA labor laws, refusing to answer a question that companies are required to answer. His calendar invites had other candidate's information listed. Additionally, I understand wanting to move quickly, but only giving someone the option to interview the same day or next day can be challenging to people currently working. I did enjoy the conversation with the hiring manager.
