Interview followed by two mock classes. You really need to prepare by watching Youtube videos and psyching yourself up! Don't expect to pass just bc you're an ESL teacher/ public school teacher in your day job-- this is not your typical teaching position! Serious personalities need not apply-- allow your playful, energetic side to come out.

Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand

It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
