Contacted by a recruiter. Then Vitas sent a personality test. I was told I did well, and requested an interview. The people that interviewed me were nice, but wanted some one that had hospice experience. I have many years is sales experience in Homecare.

Streamlined process, was able to book an interview and have a nice discussion about the position and about myself as a candidate. Waiting to hear back from them about a second interview.

Interviewer was very passive aggressive and did not seem very pleased. Every question came off as very condescending, would not recommend to anyone trying to enter this field. The recruiter was very friendly however.

3 person interview process. They're super friendly and everyone is easy going. They want to make sure you are the right fit and genuine with a hard work ethic. Longevity and having empathy is very huge as well a drive to want to stay out in the field and being present
