I uploaded my CV in my University after graduating. After some time, I was called from Valeo. I didn't applied myself actually. First interview they told me really briefly about the job, pretty much the department, but the employee doing the interview was really nice and respectful. I didn't like at all when they handed me a form to fill where there where questions like name, birth date, job... of MY PARENTS AND SIBLINGS... actually couldn't even believe it. Obviously I didn't fill that part of the form. Some days after I received a call telling me to come to the second and final stage of the process. When I was driving to the office, I received some calls from the HR team that I couln't get while driving, so I called back once there asking what they wanted... they asked me that if I could change the date of the second interview and I told them politely that I was already checking in at the entrance. They said it was ok and that soon I will have the interview. After a long wait I was requested to enter the interview room and then the employee who would be my boss introduced himself. He started asking me about my job expectations according to the functions that I would have to engage there, but until that moment I only had information about the department. I asked that myself during the first interview and they told me that they would explain me at the sencond interview. I started to see a clear lack of coordination. Even though I explained the situation about the lack of information provided, he insisted with the same question. I don't know if this interviewer was experienced or not, but then he started to ask me about personal details and directly doubting about the suitability of my age for the vacancy, just saying it openly, and there I started feel not very welcome. I hope he was just not used to conduct interviews. Summarizing, before the final interview, I felt really welcome and appreciated, the first HR stuff wanted me to give the best of me. Because of the final stage I would never apply myself for this company. I guess my case was only and exeption and some sort of load work gave me this personal result. In their favour I woudl say that the place seemed quite organized, lot of security...
