Questions raised by two interviewers in a more relaxed manner. Opportunity to ask questions. Interview took about 2 hours 10 mins with about 20 minutes waiting time. Seemed friendly enough in the interview, but showed a slight agitation between interviewers with personality differences. It was evident that they did not know what external candidates they were looking for by the range of different level people they said they were seeing for interviews. Got very good feedback but they opted for an internal candidate, so may not have been serious about any external candidates and just seeing people as a way to know what to offer the internal candidate, which is typical in wasting candidate and recruiter's time and money.

The interview process was long, it took me more than a month to get the Job after the first in-person interview. However, the interviewers were very professional and know what they are doing. However, always ask what are next steps are and they will be very helpful and provide you with the details that you asked for.
