The interviewing process is really lax compared to most companies. The interviewer is very intentional with their questions and they represent their company well. They personalize themselves so it's easier to talk to them! Feels like a conversation rather than interview!
Begins with basic interview questions: why do you want to work here and then goes into "tell me about a time when" questions. They were very kind and responsive in the interview process.

I talked to them at my school's career fair and they set an interview the following morning. Questions were behavioral based with some about my past experience. Once that was done, I received an internship offer a few weeks later.
