Submitted an application online which asks for background info. Was then contacted by a recruiter from human resources for a phone interview. Completed the phone interview and was asked to come in to the local headquarters to be apart of a recruiting session with other people. Had an manager introduce the company to us, two rounds of hour long interviews, brief tour of the facility.

Interview was good, Interviewer provided alot of information containing to the job description and the benefits. They provided STAR example questions to get a better understanding of who I was and what I can possibly offer to the environment
