Faster process. Recruiter was organized and nice. I did make it to the final round interview, but almost didn’t go to it as the internal team culture seemed a bit shakey. The interviewer (C-level HR) me verbatim that he doesn’t care about “knowing” the team outside of work (interests, etc.). It gave me a weird feeling like he genuinely didn’t care about the team he was building. Seemed like a good company, but not the culture I was looking for.
