Contacted directly by a recruiter working for the company spring 2021. Interview process was two phone calls, each 30-45min long, covering basic engineering questions and background. After the second call, recruiter passed along the feedback that “they were impressed with your knowledge of engineering fundamentals but want someone with more experience.” Overall waste of time for everyone involved. If you’re looking for deeper experience do a better job filtering incoming resumes.
