Slow at first, but very strategic and methodical. The interviewers were very personable and made the interviews not feel so awkward and scary. Assessments were a lot, but also was refreshing to know they wanted to test you based off of what you say you’re good at.

While the initial interview was fairly straightforward, I was disappointed to learn that the second stage of the process is a week long training class that is required and unpaid. Because this course is considered part of the interview process, the company is able to get around having to pay prospective employees for their work and completing what they call the "VA Basics Classroom" is not even a guarantee that someone will be offered a position. It's been my experience that with companies like these, whose business practices are predatory at best and intentionally deceptive at worst, will use the information they glean from the "training class" for their own clients rather than hiring the work out.
