Ad claimed $17/hr, however later revealed during presentation that it pays $15/hr + commission. This sounded plausible, until it was later revealed that it's not really $15/hr, but $15/per presentation. It was explained that a presentation averages an hour, not counting scheduling and travel time. I would still be fine with that pay structure, but I felt it was misleading.
