I was referred and got an interview. It is a three part group interview process. When you first arrive they have you fill out some paperwork and then go in a room to have a small group interview. After that you sit through a demonstration of the knife selling process where they assess how you participate. Afterwards there will be an individual interview where I was hired on the spot.
