First with HR person. Advised that they already have somebody for that position but they still moved forward with me.
Second, hiring manager who asked at least 20 written questions. Perhaps I answered around 15 questions and other 5 I answered differently from what he was expecting.
To me is all about not wasting people time. Interviews can be exhausting.
