Honestly horrible process. 40+ hours of work for presentation. Really just using candidates to get info from them and to make their business better. Good company if you can get in and nice people but this model is seriously wrong, They phrase it is "It's good because it'll show if you actually like the work" but they're just baiting you.

Had a 30 minute initial interview with the person currently in the position. Interview went well and they let me know they’d follow up with next steps within a few days. I did not hear anything from them after a week and a half, so sent a follow up message to which they unfortunately did not respond.
