There are five stages of interview process for the Associate Consultant position. The first round of interview was a 30 min telephone screening interview. The hiring manager described what the interview process was like, and asked the candidate if they would like to take on the exercise. I was given about 2 weeks of time before moving on to second interview. The second interview was a presentation to a panel of consultants including the hiring manager. Candidate had to present their solution in 1 hour. The 3rd & 4th interviews were conducted by the regional executives. The 5th interview was a more detailed interview with the hiring manager.
