Not particularly challenging. The first interview was 1 hour interview with the sales director. The second part was a 30mins interview with 2 of my peers account managers to understand if I could fit within the team and company culture. The third one was a sales presentation of the solution I was going to sell. The presentation was with the 2 sales directors.
