I had several interviews for different clients. Some interviews were really agressive (even when they called me, I've never sent my CV there). Another interviews were respectful. The HR staff worked cleverly and quickly. They asked all my requirements and were always very transparent and reliable. The client was respectful and focus on soft skills and team matching over tech skills (because they had already techincal references of mine)

Colloquio
interview with tech leads onsite and with client online. Good interviewers, good atmosphere. If you pass the interview with tech leads they send you an offer and you may have an interview wtih their client. If you pass you will receive a final offer.
