I initially had a Skype interview with Eastin. He spoke about Venterra with such praise that it got me excited and wanted to work for this company. I had another Skype interview with another hiring manager where I was asked many questions beginning with my childhood. Venterra does a thorough job in determining the values and work ethics of each candidate which I think is fantastic.
