Not very technical. Easy going and friendly. Felt like I could crack the interview without much prep. Multiple interview rounds but didn't take much time for the offer to come.
The interview process straightforward and as expected for this type of role. However, what was not expected was being completely ghosted after the final round and having my follow-up emails ignored.

Panel of three interviewers. Questions tested country knowledge, judgement and competencies. Questions were thoughtful and showed that they had spent time reviewing my profile. Clear desire to understand my motivations and aspirations.
