Phone interview, then on-site interview Very positive experience overall. After the phone interview, HR and recruitment immediately followed up with me and requested on-site interview the same day. Two weeks later, I had the on-site interview and everyone who came and met with me were kind and friendly. The same week I got an offer from another company and the managers were very very good about following up immediately and got back to me within 2 days. Love the speed and efficiency of the team! If it wasn't for the fact that I wanted to take risks for my first job out of college, I without a doubt would have taken the role. I am so impressed by all the people who interviewed me, and definitely feel like they would have provided very good mentorship and working environment. Very very positive experience.
