Very thorough phone interview with the recruiter for about an hour. One hour in-person interview with the hiring manager (Head of Product) at SF office and Google Hangouts interview with the rest of the team in Tel Aviv. Great experience, friendly, smart people. I genuinely enjoyed my interviews, nothing felt pretentious. Questions were related to the job and my experience, no heard-it-thousand times behavioral questions and why-should-we-hire-yous. I think Viber has a great culture. I did not accept the job at the end due to two reasons - commute and decided that looking for a bit more senior role.
