Extremely simple, takes all of 10 mins and with other girls. In the food court of the mall. Very generic questions. Be able to outline retail experience. Know what integrity means to you. They asked me that at both interviews at two store locations I applied to.

It was a group interview with about 25 people in the room. If you had an answer to any questions you had to raise your hand to answer while managers watched. Then they had individual interviews if you did well in the group interviews.

Interview was a three step process, first phone call, group interview, and then one on one. Pretty easy. Very nice team. The main focus is how good of a personality you have.

Online application and one in person interview at the store. Overall very friendly. Worked there for the seasonal position and got placed to be there permanently after the holidays. No retail experience required just want availability.
