I submitted an expression of interest online and I was then called in to interview. It was a group interview of three and we took turns answering the questions they asked. The questions were easy and basic and I filled out an actual application while we were interviewing. I'm currently seasonal but they said there is opportunity to stay afterwards.

It was a group interview with about 25 people in the room. If you had an answer to any questions you had to raise your hand to answer while managers watched. Then they had individual interviews if you did well in the group interviews.

Interview was a three step process, first phone call, group interview, and then one on one. Pretty easy. Very nice team. The main focus is how good of a personality you have.

Online application and one in person interview at the store. Overall very friendly. Worked there for the seasonal position and got placed to be there permanently after the holidays. No retail experience required just want availability.
