First they have you do an interview stream interview where you record and submit answers to questions as a screening process. Then they will invite you to a panel interview with about 5 individuals within the department. They will go around the table and ask you questions from a predetermined list which they will give you a copy of. The final interview is a one on one with the director which is fairly casual.
