They will first send you a codility coding test. And then the HR will call for the phone screen. HOWEVER, if you have applied to this company a year ago. DO NOT bother to reapply and take the coding test again. They never change the coding test problems. No matter how good this time you did, they will use the lower score in the coding test. That means this company thinks people can not improve themselves.
Maybe this is the company's culture. It is not improving with time.
It is completely waste of time!
The first part is a IQ testing. Only if you pass the testing, you can go to the second round. It’s very strict. You cannot make may mistakes. They will ask you to leave if you fail the test
